Promotional Period:

This promotion begins on September 6, 2022, and ends on September 17, 2022 (the “Promotional Period”). This promotion is sponsored by the SYSPRO Group.

SYSPRO reserves the right to both change these Terms and Conditions from time to time and/or to terminate the Promotional Offers at any time and without prior notice. The failure by SYSPRO to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Participation in the Promotional Offers is considered acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Promotional Offers are not available in conjunction with any other offer from SYSPRO.

General Eligibility Requirements:

This promotion is open to all IMTS 2022 attendees not employed by SYSPRO or part of the SYSPRO partner program. SYSPRO reserves the right to modify, limit or restrict participation in the Promotional Offers to any person at any time for any reason and without notice. Participation in this promotion constitutes the entrant’s full and unconditional acceptance of these official rules.

Promotion rules:

• Promotion is for chance to win one of the listed prizes via raffle.
• Raffle will be held twice daily from September 12-17, 2022.
• Participants will receive one entry in the raffle via form completion.
• Participants can win up to one prize each.
• Entries for each twice-daily raffle will roll over to the next raffle so long as the entrant has not already won a prize.
• Entrant must be present to win.
• Entries for the promotion do not have any dollar value and are not transferable.
• SYSPRO makes no warranties, assumptions, or claims with the promotion, and is not liable for any damages resulting from the promotion.
